Rizkallah brings a strong and versatile C-Suite experience with, highly reputable family-owned MENA based organizations, National Holding, Al Masaood Group, AWRostamani, Hoshan/Muhaidib, etc. in combination with earlier managerial roles, he played with various multinational organizations, Bosch/Marconi, Goodyear etc. gave him the opportunities to master the art of paving ways successfully between various business cultures.
Rizkallah managed high profitably very complex multi-billions and multidisciplinary businesses. He drove restructuring plans to optimize synergies, establish corporate governance and policies and digitize processes and procedures.
Rizkallah has a deep financial knowledge and my multi-disciplinary leadership background. He describes himself as a transformational and growth driver executive. He successfully developed and implemented innovative investments and diversification strategies, driven by successful engagement with international investors as well as identification of international investments opportunities. He led M&As in various business sectors.
Maximizing returns and eliminating risks are top priorities, achieved through intense internal as well as external data collection and analysis, which enabled his team to create awareness and take informed decisions.
Establishing a clear communication and on time delivery attitude throughout the organization is the key to his success. He implemented innovative strategies supported by clear governance and policies to match international business standards and legal regulations. He worked closely with family offices through gaining mutual trust and securing the respect of all stakeholders and decisions’ influencers.
